2 adjacent smalls by despise/chaos/wind/mountains; deeds+15k

Another chaos valley sale from yours truly - the third in several weeks!
Check out these two smalls:
This area has a number of benefits: low spawn, good mining location, close to Wind and Despise, and Chaos shrine nearby. Plus the Britain Graveyard is less than 2minutes away by foot (the only through traffic you'll see is the occasional PVP battle featuring somebody running away
). A great macro or mining home for two or more friends.
I will let them go for 2 deeds + 15k, or I can remove one and sell the real estate for a deed + 15k. Your choice. (In this case, I would request payment first.)
