Sold this site once but buyer did not want it as he could not place an L shaped here.
It all looks so right but it just wont happen here.
Not much spawn on the grass here, nice spot for miners, tamers, loggers.
Selling all 3 on separate bids.

House 3 SB Deed+5K
house 4 SB Deed+5k
Each lot will be sold 24 hours after last bid.
I reserve the right to withdraw at anytime if I am made a good offer for all 4.
