UO Second Age

Well folks, I had my doubts as to whether or not I would EVER sell this place, but it seems the time has come. This is a fantastic keep in Windmere Woods. Comes with the small in front to protect the HUGE front yard this has. Lots of add-ons. Comes with everything you see in the picture, including my fish tank and a bridged roof. This keep is perfect! Only finally deciding to sell because I bought a castle and I just don't need both. I don't believe a keep has ever existed in this spot before I placed one. Also, both the keep and small have secure containers above the doors. No need to lock down your own keys, just put them in the containers.

Starting Bid: 1.5

While I don't believe any runes to the courtyards exist, I can't say for certain that there are none out there. Before I placed this keep, I owned a tower here (bought from Blaise a while back). Behind my tower (back of where the keep is now), there was a patio house and a small, both previously owned by Headless Horseman. It is possible that one of his runes to his old houses may be marked in the rear courtyard, if he still has them. Headless quit a while back and had asked JACKO to sell it for him. I bought the property from JACKO and, after the keep was placed, asked her if any of the runes she had were marked in the courtyard. She told me she checked and that none of them were. Again, I can't say for certain that no runes exist, but I don't know of anyone who has one. I believe Headless plays again now (or did for a while again), but I haven't asked him if any of his work.
