I'd been eyeing up this house and the one just South of it for some time for a reason I wont bore you with, so when I saw it listed I stumped up the requested buy out to make sure I got it. While I agree it could be seen as a lot for a not so special small it's not a lot of gold in the grand scheme of things

Thanks for the offer Aeris, but I was only looking to acquire one of the two houses I mentioned above.

That is the same location I am thinking of one I was given back in 2000 on Cats when a guy quit. The house was GF in due to not properly placed, but man what a place it was for mining and sorts.

Yeah, I can't imagine anyone would give you any trouble out there.
