Starting Bid: Tower
Buyout: Deed x 4
This spot will easily fit a brick/patio/2 Story.
I tested without any problems on any but seen that people have been wanting 2 stories so selling as that.

Am I crazy or is this guy just a noob asking for a high price. If it is so I sell my Lshape behind this Lshape for 4 Lshape deeds..

P.S. Simon Belmont is only badmouthing this house because he got omgggwtfbbqpwnt when he tried to idoc it. He owns like 3 larges in the area, so obviously he wants to buy it and get it at a lower price by making it sound overpriced.

If you're interested you can walk out the tiles and see the homes size and compare it to a patio.
I've seen it fit a patio and if you want to place one after the purchase that's your choice, but I'm not moving it again.
