Anyone got any house bigger than a small to trade for around 2 small house deeds worth of gold, half of that being an actual house?
i can also raise my payment if reasonable...

not to burst yer bubble but you are gonna need more money. all larger house are currently going for atleast 2x deed. meaning if its an L 2x L deed, if its a patio 2x patio deed etc. thats if you find one on the cheap.
Housing market has gone quite mad

As the person before me stated, the real estate market has become increasingly more expensive as of late. If you want a big house, I would suggest saving about at least 350k (and thats if your lucky enough to find someone to sell you a big house cheap). A more reasonable answer would be about a tower deed (430k). So, keep saving up!

Two small deeds worth of gold is around 88k.
The smallest 'large' house deed costs about 150k. Then there's the value of the spot if rests on.
You'll have to find a very charitable player to achieve what you're asking here.
