Why yes, it is! The two on the left were our first homes. The neighborhood is a great starting area with lots of sheep, healers and non-magical spawn to train on.raysmage wrote:great location for a starter group!
And I'd like to point out the asking price of a 2story deed + 15k works out to just 8k over deed price per house. That's below market value on a single!
