If you’re looking to get a house in the lands of yew or just get a small house fast I’m your man, I know of a few places. If you are interested in my house placement service it will cost you 10k per house spot. Since yew is normally low spawn any ways you will not have to worry about spawn too much. All you have to do is give me a deed at a bank and 10k then I’ll place you a house somewhere in yew and give you the house. Since I don’t have houses placed at any of the spots I know of right now it’s not like I can show you the house spot.

If you are worry about getting cheated over a house deed and 10k I’ll consider just you giving 10k to me up front and I will show you a spot to place a house. I’ll prove to you that a house will fit there and place a house then take it down then you can place the house yourself. If you can’t figure out how to place the house where I just showed you remember you paid for the spot you can give me the deed at that point then I’ll place it for you or take your lost and move on. Remember these are small houses only.

Stephen is trustworthy. I gave him 3 house deeds upfront and he quickly transfered house to me. Thanks again. Looking forward to doing business again at the next IDOC.

Wait, what happened here? You got 3x deed for a small, and he got those 3 deeds out of an IDOC?

A large brick House fell and there was only 2 small houses place. What normally happens is someone buys up all the small houses then later on place a larger house that is why the small sold for that much because the person wanted to place a large brick house and in order to place one he had to own my small house.
