Cove Gate Tower [Grandfathered]

Selling the Cove Gate Tower as pictured below.

This tower has some interesting history and additions as outlined below. please click and expand to read more:
GRANDFATHERED / 106 ADDITIONAL LOCKDOWNSThis tower is possibly one of the oldest standing in the game. It was placed by Sandro sometime before Patch 38 on June 15th 2008. This patch made changes to housing with incorrect number of secures and lockdowns. Players could choose to have there houses changed or remain as old (grandfathered).

Patch 38 - June 15, 2008 (Housing Changes)
As the tower currently stands it only has 7 secures but has 106 additional lockdowns - not every players ideal but certainly handy for large scale decorators, collectors or rune libraries.
Any future owner may have this change to be like any other tower at there choice but I would not recommend this as this would be such a waste.
The tower is to be sold with the current decor fully inclusive with exception to the decipherable map which I crafted myself while training cartography and have to keep. The inside has seen better days but is still rather pleasant especially the welcoming ground floor:

It also includes 1 x Full Town & 1 x Full Dungeon Runebooks
The red orcish corpse which is situated on the doorstep is the leftover of an event which was created for the phasing out of the bank that used to be at Cove.

There Was No Bank in Cove!
After it was decided there was to be no bank a viscous spawn of Orc's were introduced to Cove
A Call to Support The Reclaiming of Cove

After a few attempts to reclaim Cove the Orcs were finally defeated.
Orcs Banished From Cove
Although I cannot make any gaurantee that this will not be removed by staff at a later date, it has been there for sometime and makes quite a nice reminder of the events that have evolved around this historic tower.
Pretty Cool! - you can teleport of the roof onto the defense wall of Cove, not many towers with this feature. It was certainly handy during Cove events. Come along and give it a go.

Shut my gaping mouth just long enough to type this: f@&$*% awesome tower.
Need an official word on that Orc corpse though. That's truly one of a kind house decor worth the starting bid in itself. Would be lame if it was removed.
Why you putting this on the market if I may ask?

The tower in and of itself is a rare. Add in the locale, the man hours of deco (nicely done by the way); steep price tag but not at all unobtainable by anyone who can truly appreciate this fine structure.
Unfortunately It would take me over a few weeks or more to liquidate some assets and make a reasonable offer. I'm too lazy plus I would want the indecipherable map included! :p

People pay 45-50 mil for colorful shoes. This guys asking price is very fair considering spots like this are not easy to get. You could do alot with this tower. Plus it being GFed gives it more lock downs I believe? Great spot and price dont accept any lowball offers on this. Free bump =)

This is an end game tower. 5 mil is pretty cheap!
I love towers so much was actually considering swapping the love grove, but only for a split second lol.
If I could fork up the gold I would snag this in a heartbeat.

I'm using all my game time trying to keep to Brit Moongate Tower stocked up and would like to focus some deco attention towards it. It would be sad to let this go but would be nice to let someone else have a shot who might use it more than I currently do.
