I mean with a bank on the same screen or possibly awesome monster spawn on the same screen or superclose. I wouldnt mind having a moongate on the same screen or even a nice nice spot on Verity Isle(Moonglow). Id like close to Britt Bank West or East on the road.
I mean if the spot has some awesome senic view or awesome in game spot please send me a link or buzz. If you got the right spot lets talk some buisness.

The last home with a bank onscreen sold for about 10mil FYI. The one before that was 7mil I think.

I doubt any of them will be selling anytime soon, but GL. I'm sure you can findssomething that meets your other criteria.

Question - why is close proximity to a bank worth 7-10 million? What can you do, given the proximity, that you can't do by recalling wherever you want? Grief and then be able to ban people from your house? Just curious, I'm not very imaginative.

Makes for a fantastic vendor spot, secure trades, does wonders with the ladies too.

I have a super cute patio on the ocean and grass that fits a tower. It's quite ideal to live in besides not being a BALLER location. But well, the room to place whatever you want is nice and the location is prime for living.

Bank spots sell for a premium because of a) rarity, and b) the same reason houses on the water sell for more than landlocked ones. Exclusivity is for the wealthy.

Thanks for the offers folks but Im looking onward. I woulda loved to have thrown bids on the lich hutt by Yew or even an awesome moonglow spot. A few of you know already I just want it to be ghetto fabulous! Lock down my regular dye tub and wooden stool chairs! Gonna make it awesome with regular lanterns and crap rares!

It will be the ultimate waste of an awesome space but It will welcome social activity and hang outs in a convienent spot... what can I say? I like to blab and fart around!
