Awesome two story waterfront, in Destard swamp, but decently secluded.
It is the swamp, so the spawns not that great, but its not as bad as the inner swamp.
SB = Lshape deed +100k
B/O = 2 L shape deeds +50k.
I know my picture sucks cause I use paint, so if anyone wants a better look, let me know.
