I am selling this excellent vendor house by Yew Moongate (East).

It's just by the moongate, exactly 5 seconds away (1 screen), the L shape to its left is a rune library (all interesting locations besides t-maps), sees quite a lot of traffic etc.

S/B: Deed x2
B/O: Deed x3

I will leave this running for a few days or till it's sold.

Transaction can be done by either announcing it in this thread or with a broker.

I reserve the right to not sell the house if I see fit.

Hi all,

Since I find it idiotic someone to post a S/B and then not sell a house/item because the "reserve" was not met....- I mean, what's the point of the S/B then you greedy bastid - .. I *am* going to sell this vendor house even at the S/B that was placed.

Having said that, I'm going to end this auction in 2-3 days.

PS: Some people wonder how come I re-sell this house since I sold it a few days ago. That is correct, I did sell this house 2 weeks ago to a returning player, but apparently he re-quit cuz he let it collapse and since I live next door, I saw the empty spot in due time and replaced a house.

He was saying that he thinks its stupid when people place a s/b amount on an auction and then won't sell for that amount, so that he will.
