Perfect Macro and mining spots, great for a group of new players just starting too! After some scouting of the ruins, orcish mage mobs there are great for resist gains. I got quite a few skill points the other night after I trapped one! I cannot emphasize how nice this spot is in terms of seclusion. I've decided that a BO offer will get a free small Forge and choice of Pentagram or Abbatoir thrown in for the deal once confirmed! Let's sell these puppies! (5k value to make the place functional for your miner/smith and decorative!)

I reserve the right to cancel or alter the transaction/details:
-Once I get an offer, 72 hour auction from date of post.
-BO means the auction is over and first BO offer wins it.
-You'll need three people or three characters to handle the transfer (obvi)
-If you'd like to appoint a broker I must approve
