Up for sale is this house. Very close to town and the graveyard. Would make a nice little spot for a vendor or a lumberjack, pk hideout, pvp area. etc

i reduced the price. I dont really have no use for a small house. I just happened to get lucky and run into a double whammy idoc! but if you want to redeed those homes. then i would be glad to sell to you.

What is the standing Price for this again?
I intend to lease this out cheap to newbs for storing their gains
I am interested in this particular plot due to its vicinity to the city shops as well as the GY for training
