While I am interested in uying the house, I don't think ANYONE will pay two hundred thousand for a tiny little house by itself?
half take it down to a small house deed or 2, hold it for me while i get the gold and then we might make a deal!

200k is fair. Very fair. If I had it I'd buy it. This is a great pvp house
