Dalworth's Den is open again

I have temporarily closed the C^V Dockhouse, Dalworth's Den. It is my last remaining property, and am going to need to use it for storage until I get my financial situation stabilized.

I will also be using this opportunity to plan out the future of the house, and maybe do a little redeco.

After all the help I've received from C^V (thank you Pirul, Faber and FatherTime) I have to offer -

I just recently purchased a 2story house and have moved. I also picked up my small that Faber helped me place and moved it right next door to my 2story. The small is completely empty. I was going to see if it was more secure than my 2story for macroing, but if you need a place to live I'd transfer it to you in good faith that I'd get it back when you were ready to move on.

I don't really want to sell the land, because it is literally 5 steps outside my new house. I feel that it might be nice to have later, but I am not using it, so I wanted to offer it to you to use however you see fit.

I was originally going to offer to co-own you to it, but we don't really know each other and I wasn't sure how you would feel about that offer. So, as it stands, I'll transfer it over to you to use for a long as you need and as long as I get a written agreement here that you'll transfer it back when you no longer need it?

Hey, guys. I reopened Dalworth's Den. It's now a public building again.

I'd like to put some vendors in there. Being the C^V dockhouse, I'd like to have fishing/boating related vendors.

I plan on selling cooked fish steaks.

If any of you would like to place a vendor here, hmu and I'll friend you.
