Up for Auction is one small cottage in Yew. Yew is a busy happenin' area to live in! Major shopping, banking, lumberjacking, wool gathering and more all in one small area. A moongate is nearby to provide fast travel to and from these homes.

Lies right beside one of the greater Yew farms and sheep pens. No spawn on average other than sheep. It is placed right south of the road almost in the guard zone.



Each House has a:

Starting bid of : Sm Deed + 5k
Buyout bid of : Sm Deed x 2

These two houses are on Auction til 4/12/2013 in the Evening USA CST.

Bids may be posted as so:
Item # - (bid increment amount)
IE: 12# - 3K
