I believe, and I may be wrong, that it is just the swamp between Britain and the Desert by Compassion Shrine that is no longer buildable...aka The Bog of Desolation. As far as I know, all other swamps are still housing areas.

ATM we are selling this as a town, wont sell 1 house.

and yes light shade is right, only Bog og desolation is no longer possible to place.

What about the second Patio out side your red circle (the one with the arrow that says 'For Sale'?) Not technically a part of the town... Sell me that one?
