Hello UOSA! Up for sale today is this fine small stone keep, located on the northern tip of Dagger Isle. Also known as Ice Island to those who don't give a shit about actual names of places. This island is home to the dungeon Deceit and the Shrine of Honesty.
The keep is obviously grandfathered as can be seen by the runes that are not decaying in the courtyards and the front doors opening simultaniously from the inside.
All furnishings are included in the sale as well as any resources found inside. There are a few kegs and some reagents and whatnot scattered about this lovely home.

BUYOUT COST: 2 Castle Deeds
BID INCREMENTS: PLEASE DO NOT BID IN INCREMENTS UNDER 10,000 gold pieces.
PRIVATE MESSAGE BIDS: I am not a fan of PM bids, but I understand they are more relevant for home purchases so they will be accepted at my discretion.
I reserve the right to refuse or reject bids from any bidder for any reason, whether or not I choose to disclose my reasons.
