Can you imagine how long it took to gather 6200 feathers? And all you get is 13k!!!!! Just shoot me in the mellon and put me out of my misery if I ever do anything like that in a game!

Maybe he was killing harpies for skill gain and gathered the feathers along the way... 13K would probably double the gold made during the collection process.
