How to buy a house in the forum.

Hello, new here, played during this era though over a decade ago.. I have a small house, looking to upgrade shortly, just wondering how not to get ripped off when purchasing a house from a player rather than placing. Any best practices? Thanks in advance, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Use a broker if they're not a trusted seller. Otherwise, just hand them deeds and wait for them to transfer it to you. Also, by trusted seller, I don't mean in the weapons and rares forum, I mean in the housing forum.

Also you can see if theyve sold other houses here, both parties usually leave reviews
