1. Ressing in stat
2. Gming all of your skills before you've fixed your stats

I suggest you grab a crook and then get back to working eval...

You can raise/lower stats while 7x I've changed my dex several times on a 7x toon.

Now the point of this thread, I have no idea.

Really depends how many counts he's got. I try to manage mine to the point where even if I die I have to sit it out as a ghost for like a week at the MOST. On the other hand some people just keep going until they've got so many shorts that they'd have to ghost forever to get out of stat. ie; r- used to be something like 1000 counts deep, lol.

I rebuild my stat every death because I don't macro off my shorts. I happen to know that I'm stat tho.

Fix your stats before you cap your skills bro
