UO Second Age

I read somewhere that necro regs go for 100k each, and that a guy sold 2 out of 3 he had.

Is this really true?
Where do you obtain these?
And, as I recently saw an executioner's cap reg but didn't mind it, is it also worth a 100k?

Not all necro regs are created equal. One is server birth, some spawned for some time, and some still do spawn. Executioner's cap still spawns on corpsers, thus it is not as rare as say batwing. Batwing is worth 150k+, executioner's cap, blackmoor, fretile dirt, deadwood, blood vials might be worth 1k...might.
