Selling my mining house near Chaos Shrine. I kept it and got to GM smithing etc; now its time to sell it due to my mining/smithing being completed.
Your steps are literally on the mountain. Incredible house. Spawn is mediocre. Location is fantastic.

B/O: Deed x 2.
