Fence Around House - How?

I found this out on ice isle and am wondering how to do it?

they gave the GMs oral sex for it. lol j/k. Im sure the GMs gave it to that person for a guild town or something to that effect

Still waiting for a gm to say that they did it, and that if i want a fence i have to do this or that to get it.

GMs don't have houses. Because they don't have characters.

Static decorations such as these are not owned by players but are added to areas sparingly by staff in places where appropriate to enhance gameplay, support community, and make common areas look less drab. In this case it was added to "support community"
