Looking to buy small up by the Britain mine
Looking to buy house up by the mine don't know what they sell for but if anyone has one around the area for sale let me know

I paid deed + 20k, and purchased anvil/forge, so my B/O of deed + 25k was simply to recover my gold spent. I wasn't looking to make a killing off of it, and am happy that it went to someone who I think will appreciate it as much as I did. I even left the new owner shovels and tongs! In my opinion it's one of the better mining houses on the map - maybe some day you'll have a chance to purchase it!

OP, the one to the left says "FOR SALE" but there's no contact info. The one to the right is completely empty and looks like it's just being horded

sold a small on the mountain to Levey for small + 15k. Smooth transaction. Money first then xfer. Great guy!
