Vendor house in Vesper!

This house gets tons of traffic from the CV Rune Library 1/2 screen north, also you have your own NPC PK spawn 1/2 screen SW to farm for gold. Town is right behind the CV rune library! If vendoring isn't your thing, its a perfect place for a lumberjacker! I'm going to start this out at 2xdeed, I will entertain buyouts as well via posting here or PM.
