Scooby failed to produce the money to back up his bid on the last post so I will put this up again. I have learned a bit and decided on a buy out so the details have changed.

This place speaks for itself. Tons of foot traffic and only steps away from Empath Abbey.

Starting bid is a castle deed.
Buy out is set @ 4 x Keep deed
This will run until Monday March 18 @ 7 PM eastern. With the proviso that the last bid has to stand for at least 1 hour to prevent sniping.

Private bids are welcome but the winner will have to acknowledge the transaction in this thread. If the buyer wishes they can arrange a broker to be OK'd by me. If no broker is used deeds will be transferred first.

Actually you are wrong. You said I won the bid and that day I wasn't on to immediately buy it, u asked you if you could give me a day or so, then you said you will be gone for a week and had to sell it Tom between 5-7 otherwise you were gone for the week and seemed like you were not interested in selling it after you learned you could get more. Now I see you are reselling it with higher amounts and you used the threat saying you had private bids at 2 castle deeds and had no problem not selling it to me. And here you are. If I need to post all the private messages too let me know and I ha e journal saved.
