Situated in the same screen as the bridge next to the Minoc mines. Very little spawn. All foot traffic from Windmere/North Vesper to Minoc goes past this house. Great spot for a vendor shop.
Opening bid: deed + 20k
Bidding will conclude if any bid stands for 48 hours.

Used to own the two-story house just north of this house.
The area is amazing!
Low spawn, lots of resources (lumbar, ore).
Easily worth the starting bid (and then some)
