If my thief is banned from someone's house, will the ban still be operative if the thief is wearing a disguise kit?

What about a name change via a name change deed - is the newly-named thief still banned from the house?

name in the ban changes along with your character so yes you would in both options still be banned

If you've ever banned someone from your house and you look at the "banned" list in the house sign menu, you will see it say "account of XXX" or something like that (where XXX is the name of the character you banned). I haven't tested this, but I assume that means all characters on that account are banned from that house.

Not only that, but ALL characters on that account are banned.

Well, its a good thing you have 2 other accounts which aren't banned (yet!)

not every one is savoy enough to have 3+ house looters spread out 1 or more per account.
