Thats mine in the NE of the screenshot. This is a bargain price and a good spot that gets a lot of heavy traffic.

what is the going price for a SB Deed? bare with me I'm new coming back to UO after 10 years. need a house and have a little bit of gold saved up but not sure if I have enough. I am interested but that would be my only issue.
