Many spots for a small are available. Some random LShape spots may exist, but are harder to find.

Just keep an eye on this forum for small houses that have no replies, 15 bumps, or don't sell. Half of them will be deeded.. The housing market seems a bit saturated atm.

Do you want waterfront? Roadside? Mountainside? surrounded by woods?

Dungeonside?

If you are just looking for a spot, I can show you a couple of the first, and the woods location. Mountainside, I have one that I will sell, and one "close" to destard on the mountain that I will be selling shortly.

You can find me on IRC most nights EST
