I was hoping a tower would fit, since there was one there before, but TI informs me
a tower wont fit. I own a couple spots around there anyway, so no biggy its only pixels!

Great location for vending, but if I may...
The "small" you are referring to is one out of maybe two? three? spots in the game that are as unique as it is. So apple and oranges there.
But this patio is an awesome locale.

I understand your point but different people have different interests, a large house+ within 1 screen of any gate is pretty much the "perfect" house, imo.
Others would pay even more for a GY house...which again I have no interest in (even if I could get it for deed+20k), different people, different interests.
