I am at 98.8 fishing. Can anyone give me any tips how I can get to GM rather quickly?

nothing quick about it. 93 on was slow. just stick with it and it will come.

So, as long as I just keep fishing anywhere in the deep water, it will eventually go up? I got it to 99.6. I just wondered if there were certain areas out in the ocean where you could go to to get better gains.

Keep doing what you have been, keep boat moving cast every 8-9 seconds stay in deep water

I GMed Fishing!!! Finally! How often do you get the message in a bottle? I have gotten one. I caught a deep sea serpent and it was on its corpse. Are they only on deep sea serpents or can they be found on regular sea serpents as well?

Only on deep sea serpents average imo would be 1 per hour or so..but sometimes your hot sometimes your cold good luck out there and grats on the gm fisherman.

how long from 93/94 to GM? Ballpark guess?

It is on my to-do list.

alot of casts.....seriously, this skill goes so fast till about 93 then just moves mindnumbingly slow. That said, I dont mind it caues its easy to do while watching tv and you get some pretty good loot off serpents.
