I decided not to sell last time I listed this despite some great offers, but this time it's definitely going to be sold.
The price is 2 mill, buyout only.
This is the first and probably last time this house will be for sale. Grab it before someone else does.

A part of me wants this but id prob only refresh it. A very good price tho well worth 2 mil you can do alot with this place.free bump for a epic spot.

Just bought this home. I transferred the 2 castle deeds, then being the bum that I am, forgot I already owned a home with the current character, so Eo waited patiently for my other bum ass character to arrive to complete the transfer.
Very upstanding individual. Never traded with Eo before but I would trust him with my deeds overnight if the circumstance arrived.
