Name change deed : 200k Limited time only 192k get it while it lasts
Hair restyle: 75k sold
Bridal: 23k
Empty tub: 20k sold
horse shoes: 15k
cannon balls: 48k
fruit basket: 18k sold
green loaf of bread:5k sold

Your prices are perfectly fair imo, not sure they're priced quite low enough for a "short sale" though.
