Not letting me connect

My bf and I never have more than 3 characters logged in at a time,,we follow the rules completely, why is it that is seems like we are getting banned and cannot log in, why is this happening?

i think it is just that the server is down right now.

Yeah it seems like everyone is knocked off right now, I dont see it posted anywhere that the server was going to go down, but whatever... I was just joining today and almost gave up on it already. lol hopefully it comes up soon.. now that i know its not just a server not liking me very much I cant wait to check it out.
