This house is the second or third closest house to a mine, 1 screen away. Not too far from dungeon Dastard.
Starting bid is Deed + 10k

This house is much cheaper and is the neighboring house to the south.

Its seems like he has become discouraged and demolished the house. I now own it and it is still for sale, deed +5k.
