This is the first time its been for sale publicly.

For those that don't know, it is located in the mountains at the North Mines.

The house is public and has a forge/anvil. The vendor is empty I just use it when I need to trade.

At the moment, no.

However, if you move the current small over a few tiles to the East you can make room for a second small.

Dunno dude, I'm not really happy with the bids at the moment so not any time soon.. this house is rare as fuck it took me a year and a half to acquire it.

Have you tested double placement? With current housing rules, I'm fairly certain this is impossible
The uneven surface in the West/Southwest negates the ability to tuck another small up there.

Also, free bump for a sweet house spot.

With where the house is placed at the moment it is impossible to fit another small.

But even recently there have been two smalls there. I checked this house every week for IDOC since I started here, and it decayed maybe 6-8 weeks ago for the first time. I attended the IDOC on my PK and cleared everyone out before it fell, placed a small up the top half, and started ressing everyone. As I start the ressing.. Boom. A new small appeared on the bottom half of the clearing (near where the house is now).

My mistake was that I owned this small on OSI on Oceania and on that shard, owning the top half meant you couldn't place the bottom half. Not here on UOSA it seems!

So, the last few weeks was a stalemate with the land being owned 50/50 between me and another player. They eventually caved and accepted my buy out offer, I purchased their small, deeded both houses and re-placed with a single small that blocked the entire clearing.

Interesting. I've had similar placement issues in the spot wherein I could not make two smalls fit.
