well deed + location value... cant really put a set figure unless i see the loc
i'd prefer no more then deed + deed

Just to give you a heads up Deed+ small is probably going to be the absolute lowest you'll end up paying.

I'm fine with that. No one would pay 2 deeds for a swamp infested spawn infested one though... I'll pay what its worth
