Greetings All - I posted that I would buy this and I will complete the deal, However, I just found a spot closer by a couple screens, so if anyone else is interested, I will step aside and let you have this house, Otherwise I will purchase it and attempt to resell it later.
Thought I would throw that out there since I have not been able to connect with Grumpy yet...
