WTB Tower. No jungle/swamp/ice

I am looking for a Tower to purchase. My requirements are below.
- Not in a Jungle.
- Not in a Swamp.
- Not on Ice Isle.
- Not in a huge housing zone (ex: High Steppes), basically not an area where theres neighbors on literally every side of the house.
- IDEALLY, a Tower next to a patio.
