Had a buyout offer but it seems to have fallen through, house is back up for grabs!

It's pretty much the best arena for PvP, nice and secure, and the mYm guild are rarely online so you're basically deserted out there. I had 3 offers of 500k! None higher though.

There are two teleporter tiles in the large brick house to the East of the arena that take you in.
