These "regular" monster statues are 200 silver. Normally people won't pay full price for something that's already preselected, when they could use the silver for something else, so this drops the value down to around 150 silver. Being that it's a ratman and not a lich, deamon or elemental (something that people actually hunt), also kind of demerits it. I'd say you'd probably get bids worth around 100-125 silver, or it's equivalent in gold. And when I say it's equivalent in gold, I mean the 14-15k per that people are offering now as opposed to the 18-20k that it was going for at and around christmas.
