I sat an idoc with Bongy, and i didn't make it... i fell asleep :O but hes a fair guy and was decent enough to share the loot with me regardless... now im completely new to this shard, and just back to UO after being gone since the late 90s, and i thought it was pretty cool to run into someone with that kind of class and regard for a "noob" so im pretty disappointed to see people slandering him on these forums. I just came on to see where i could buy some cheap potion kegs and this is the first post i see. For shame. Ive only been here 3 weeks and hes definitely one of the most friendly people ive met.

Maybe he has a soft spot for new players but scamming is scamming and should be made public to warn others. That said, its nice of you to go public with positive feedback about another player.

Maybe it's kinda like when corporations that fuck up (BP oil spill) and then give to charity to improve their image.

It would be interesting to hear Bongy's side of the story. And if a deal is going to materialize I would be happy to broker the deal if required.

Well... given he scammed the new guy on the server for the spot by giving him 1/2 of what he was supposed to I figured this would happen.

I offered to broker this deal and was told how untrustworthy I am.

I have to say.. a vet scamming a new player to server is pretty pathetic. Enough said.
