My skills are not showing up in UO

I logged out last night everything was fine. When I log in this morning I all my preset locations for my GUI are gone. Paperdoll, map, backpack, even the screen resized. When I open my skills tab in UO, not razor, Its blank. Nothing shows up at. Just the blank scroll. It shows my skill total at the bottom but nothing else appears. Any ideas. I have restarted my comp and the game 5 times with no change.
