Price will be dependent upon location. I am not loaded (at least not with gold), so I am looking for a fair deal . My intention is to pay via Deeds & Gold, but I do have a small house I might use as part of the bargain as well, assuming you would be interested.
The small house has a large forge and anvil and is the closest house to the entrance to Shame by about 5 screens. Sitting approximately 10 steps from the entrance and seeing a fair amount of traffic, it could be a nice mining post and shop for some enterprising types.
While I am on IRC, I do not monitor it constantly, but you can still PM me there or here and I should respond within an hour or so.
