a very good location for vendoring and stocking etc.
so close to guard zone just cross the bridge and walk a bit:)
could be a very good start for housing or/and trade
starting bid: deed + 20k
buy out: 3 deed
trade will be over in next 4 day(if any acceptable bid comes of course)

Deal is done. handed over 20 at the bank then at the house the deed was transfered and ownership. Went great would trade again with seller! +1
