UO Second Age

First is on the Vesper Strip, second is directly beside the Telescope on Verity, third is secluded between Vesper and Cove with some ruins that work well for a dueling area. Don't really like refreshing smalls that I don't use, pretty much selling out of laziness, open to offers...

forgot I placed this one, was tuned out on ambien when I plopped it, but it's there for your offers, just outside skara, next to cotton and the NEW area:

Nub reporting for duty... I would really like to get my hands on a small near vesper, but I have no idea what the market is on this stuff and I don't want to offend you with an unreasonably low offer. If interested could you PM me a ballpark? My UO account is ~67 days old so I don't have gold pouring from my bank - given this, I assume I would not meet the financial requirements but it can't hurt to try. Either way, I would like to get an idea of what housing around Vesper runs...

nothing really close to what I'd like atm, so I am keeping them. That being said, I'll sell them for the following at any time:

Vesper Strip house - 100k
Telescope house - 2x deed
BFE house next to ruins - deed +25k
Skara Cotton House - deed +25k

I am also open to trades for random things, MIBs, metal chests, macing weps, furs etc.
