Couple Decent Smalls for Sale (Vesper Strip, Telescope)

First is on the Vesper Strip, second is directly beside the Telescope on Verity, third is secluded between Vesper and Cove with some ruins that work well for a dueling area. Don't really like refreshing smalls that I don't use, pretty much selling out of laziness, open to offers...

I would really like to get my hands on a small near vesper, but I have no idea what the market is on this stuff and I don't want to offend you with an unreasonably low offer. If interested could you PM me a ballpark? My UO account is ~67 days old so I don't have gold pouring from my bank - given this, I assume I would not meet the financial requirements but it can't hurt to try. Either way, I would like to get an idea of what housing around Vesper runs...

nothing really close to what I'd like atm, so I am keeping them. That being said, I'll sell them for the following at any time:

Vesper Strip house - 100k
Telescope house - 2x deed
BFE house next to ruins - deed +25k
Skara Cotton House - deed +25k

I am also open to trades for random things, MIBs, metal chests, macing weps, furs etc.
